The following pages contain a list of EPS pre-engineered and pre-priced single family and multi-family homes.
Our Standard EPS Home Package includes: |
- 2x6 treated mudsill with sill seal
- 16” Open Web Wood floor trusses 24” on center with a maximum span of 21’-9”
- 7/16” OSB skirt board
- 3/4” T&G plywood with sub-floor adhesive.
- Top plate, bottom plate, and 2x4 studs for interior wall framing.
- R26 EPS Solid Core Wall Panels for all exterior walls (including house to garage)
- Bottom plate, top plate, splines, and all header material for exterior walls.
- Factory cut door and window openings.
- Typar house wrap for exterior house and garage walls.
- Engineer certified roof trusses 24” on center (all loadings will meet UBC and local building codes)
- 1/2” CDX plywood roof sheathing with plywood clips.
EPS also offers a list of options with our standard plans. These options include R33 wood foundation panels, 9’ ceilings (main level), or upgrade your roof system to R33 EPS Solid Core Roof Panel System with all LVL Support Beams and hangers included. |

| R33 EPS Wood Foundation Package Includes: |
- .6 treated 2x8 bottom and top plates.
- R33 EPS Solid Core Foundation Panels with 3/4” treated plywood on the exterior, 5/8” CDX plywood on the interior, 2x8 studs 24” on center (available in 8’ or 9’ heights)
- Treated 1x4 screed board and treated protective strip.
- 6 mil polyfilm with adhesives and sealants.
- All window and door openings are factory cut and headers are supplied with package.

R33 EPS Solid Core Roof Panel Package Includes: |
- LVL ridge beams and intermediate beams (sized and certified by licensed structural engineer).
- R33 EPS Solid Core Roof Panels with 3/4” OSB Splines.
- Loose dimensional lumber provided in package for all eave and rake overhangs.
- 9 ½” SIP screws (designed specifically for use with solid core panels) and all necessary adhesives and sealants.
These are a few of the options EPS customers have available to them. If you see a plan that requires some modifications to fit your particular needs please give us a call. EPS has several architectural design firms that are able to do plan modifications or complete your custom plans. |
