EPS provides guaranteed engineering along with a 50 year warranty on our treated structural columns and 40 years on our paint system.

EPS Warranty

With 30 years of building experience, we are very confident in our manufacturing process and in the long-standing relationships we have with the best suppliers. We want our dealers and end customers to be confident in our products also and are pleased to provide an extensive warranty on our building products.

A summary of the warranty includes:

Guaranteed to be engineered to meet wind and snow loads
20 year warranty on standard OSB / plywood structural Insulated panels
One year warranty on all EPS parts and miscellaneous products

For EPS suppliers and EPS fabricated materials:

Lifetime warranty for borate treated framing lumber
Lifetime warranty for SupaTimber� products
50 year warranty for structural columns
EPS roll formed painted steel: Akzo Nobel provides 40 year warranty
20 year warranty for EPS Foam- Iowa EPS
